Advocate Lubna Naaz

Advocate Lubna Naaz has completed B.A. LL.B (Hons). from Chanakya National Law University, Patna and enrolled in Bar in the year 2012. She did her Judicial Clerkship with Hon’ble Mr. Justice H.L. Gokhale in the Supreme Court Of India. Before joining the Chamber of Mr. Salman Khurshid, she worked with  S. Arshad Alam at Patna High Court where she drafted and appeared in matters pertaining to civil disputes, land acquisition and encroachment matters, service matters, and criminal matters. She has also worked with Mr. V. Madhukar (A.A.G Punjab) in Supreme Court of India where she gained extensive litigation experience in a wide range of civil and criminal matters.
