Chester is survived by his sons, Chester Franklin Jr., John Franklin, Richard Franklin, and Daryl Franklin; daughters, Jeannette Johnson, Janice Etcitty and Christine Talkalai; brothers, Harry Franklin and Wilfred Franklin Sr.; sister, Esther Begay; and 37 grandchildren and 54 great-grandchildren.
