Advocate Mayank Mishra

Advocate Mayank Mishra completed his law in the year 2015 and has been providing services in various fields of law, that is, Arbitration, Family, Property, Child Custody, Criminal, Divorce, Civil, Consumer Court, Corporate, Banking / Finance and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents.

Advocate Mayank advises and represents clients in commercial arbitrations, both domestic and foreign seated ones, arising out of Shareholders’ Agreements, Concession Agreements, other Investment Agreements and a few EPC contracts. He has also conducted Institutional arbitrations outside India. He frequently represents clients before the District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court of India in matters arising out of commercial transactions, company disputes and in matters related to arbitration proceedings. He has also advised and represented several clients in actions for interim relief in aid of arbitration, challenging arbitral awards and enforcement of domestic and foreign awards in Indian Courts.

Advocate Mayank enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2015. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
