Advocate Shikhar Khare

Advocate Shikhar Khare has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result-oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

While working at Wadia Ghandy & Co., Advocate Shikhar has been handling a variety of work including research, legal drafting, trial assistance and other organizational tasks for matters pertaining to civil procedural laws, property laws, corporate laws, dispute resolution laws, landlord/tenant law, family law and constitutional law amongst others. He has also been the principal draftsmen for several original and appellate side pleadings including suits, appeals, writ petitions, etc. With regards to appearances before judicial authorities, he has appeared on several occasions before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, City Civil Court of Bombay and various other statutory tribunals.

Advocate Shikhar enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2013. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
