Advocate Abhishek Yadav

Advocate Abhishek Yadav is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, the University of Delhi who specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular interest in disputes arising out of a commercial transaction. He practices before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, District Courts and Consumer Forum. Prior to the founding of his law office in 2017, He has been associated with leading law firms viz. First Legal and The Chambers of Law. He has also worked as a legal clerk for two Hon’ble Judges of the Delhi High Court i.e. HMJ Sunil Gaur and HMJ Vibhu Bakhru for a period of one 3 years.

Advocate Abhishek is engaged in several Writ Petitions before the Supreme Court of India. He is also involved in the challenge to the constitutionality of the prevailing technical education system of our country. He has been appearing on a regular basis before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Patiala House Courts, and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in various civil, criminal and commercial matters and has several reported judgments to his credit.

Advocate Abhishek acts for Clients in various matters, including Special Leave Petitions, Winding up Petitions, Petitions under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Summary Suits, actions under the new Bankruptcy and Insolvency Code, and the Negotiable Instruments Act. He takes a keen interest in guiding budding lawyers and was an active member of the Moot Court Society during his time in the Delhi University
