Advocate Bhavuk Sharma has dealt in a lot of Consumer cases and his work mainly included drafting of WS, Evidence, Written Arguments, etc. and he even appeared before various Consumer Forums and Commissions. As part of the legal team, he negotiated with customers in various complex matters pertaining to their disputes and settled their queries by drafting and executing settlement deeds with them. He also assisted and provided substantial advice in respect of various Agreements and miscellaneous documents executed with the customers such as Builder Buyer Agreements, Indemnities, and Application Forms.

Bhavuk has also drafted settlement deeds and replied to manifold Legal Notices and Police Complaints filed against the management of the Company. He solely handled scrutinizing of documents in Death cases where the name of the customer had to be substituted and had a final say in such cases. His work also included drafting various Criminal and Civil cases as well as Interim Applications such as Bail Applications, Divorce, 498-A complaint, Domestic Violence Application, Suit for Injunction, Contempt Petition, Quashing of FIR and Execution Petition etc. He has successfully represented clients regularly in court and presented insightful arguments on merits and on various other law points to ensure successful progress of client cases.

Advocate Bhavuk enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2014. He is a member of the District Court Bar Association of Saket.
