Advocate Mukesh Rana holds a degree in B.Sc. (DU), M.B.A. from (SIMS, Pune), LL.B., LL.M. (Corporate & Taxation Law) and is presently pursuing Ph.D. (Law). He has served as Director with various esteemed international companies. He holds practice experience in countries like India & USA along with Arbitration under UNCITRAL/International Chamber of Commerce. He and his team’s strength lies in Strategizing Litigation.
