After graduating from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, Advocate Sakshi went on to work in the field of International Trade Law and Trade Protection Measures; she drafted numerous petitions on behalf of the Domestic Industry and regularly appeared before CESTAT and the Delhi High Court.
Advocate Sakshi has assisted in a plethora of cases including matters pertaining to Competition Law, Mining Laws, Land Acquisition, Anti-Corruption, Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration and Criminal Law pending adjudication before various forums across the country. She has a special interest in Intellectual Property Laws, Trade matters and Company Law.
