Advocate Tushar Alphonse John has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result-oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired over 8 years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

Advocate Tushar provides services in various fields of Arbitration, Bankruptcy/Insolvency, Breach of Contract, Civil, Consumer Court, Corporate, Media and Entertainment, Patent, Startup, Trademark & Copyright, and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents. Further, Advocate Tushar has his regular appearances and pleadings before the Delhi High Court, Patiala House District Court, Saket District Court, Tis Hazari District Court, and Supreme Court Of India respectively.

Advocate Tushar also advises and assists clients with their HR policies and employment related issues specifically termination, breach of confidentiality, data protection, non-compete, gratuity, EPF, etc.

Advocate Tushar has a keen interest in technology businesses and thus advises and mentors several early-stage businesses and entrepreneurs with legal compliances and specifical investments from both strategic and financial investors. He advises and assists his early-stage business clients in making their business legally compliant, securing protection for their IP and advising, drafting and negotiating documentation in investment deals.
