Founded by Subhash C. Gulati & Sima Gulati in 1982, Gulati & Associates (G&A) initially focused on litigation matters in the High Court of Delhi and the various District Courts situated in the NCR of Delhi. Over time, G&A moved to acquire specialization in criminal law and allied branches.

The partners at G&A have over 25 years standing at the Bar. A strong team of experienced and talented associate lawyers provides backup for effective and exhaustive legal research that has proved to be invaluable in successful litigation. The depth of the team’s experience has been substantially reinforced as Sima Gulati also had the opportunity of serving as Additional Public Prosecutor in the High Court of Delhi during August 1992 – October 2000.
