I. G. & Associates was founded in the year 2010 by Mr. Indranil Ghosh, who has a long-standing legal practice in almost all areas of law for over two decades. He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, Indian Council for Arbitration, All India Management Association, Inter-Pacific Bar Association, International Bar Association.

Prior to establishing I. G. & Associates, Mr. Ghosh was associated with one of the leading law firms in India as the Senior Partner and Head of the Litigation for a span of more than 20 years.

Mr. Ghosh has received many honors and awards for his contribution in the legal field, to name a few – he has been nominated as the “International who’s who of Commercial Litigators” and has won the Queen’s Award for its enterprise. He was also nominated as one of the Leading Lawyers in the field of Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Ghosh has also been instrumental in assisting and advising major Indian corporates in their day-to-day corporate operations, corporate restructuring and having in place their major transactional contracts/agreements, etc.
