Vaibhav Gaggar is the Managing Partner of Gaggar & Associates, Solicitors & Advocates – a full-service law firm with special focus on Anti-Trust/Competition, Real Estate, White Collar Crime ( CBI, ED, inter & intra-corporate), Gaming & Technology, and Environmental Laws (including E-Waste).

Based out of its headquarters in New Delhi, Vaibhav has successfully led as the counsel in some of the most complex and high stake litigations in India.

He has represented the Competition Commission of India as well as various prominent corporate & individual Clients in watershed judgments such as the DLF case (Rs. 630 crore penalty), Cement Cartelisation ( Rs. 6700 Crore penalty – largest cartelization case in Indian history), Monsanto ( patent and Competition matter relating to GM Technology), Ericsson ( Standard Essential Patent/ FRAND-related Anti-Trust issues qua mobile technology) etc.

Vaibhav has also been acknowledged for his contribution – being the conceptualizer, architect, and author of the Nagaland Prohibition of Gaming and Promotion and Regulation of Online Games of Skill Act, 2016 ( Online Games of Skill Act).
