Advocate Palash Singhai has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

Advocate Palash has been involved in Supreme Court and High Court Litigation and has dealt in a number of cases. His primary work included drafting of Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Civil Suit, Miscellaneous Applications and Notices to various parties, drafting of reply to Notices to various parties, drafting a strategy and taking appropriate actions in various litigation matters, preparing briefs and summary of various litigation matters, briefing Senior Advocates of the fraternity for various Litigation matters, attending the Court Proceedings on a regular basis before various Courts in the litigation matters and conducting various legal researches.

Advocate Palash enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2015. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
