Advocate Arjun Kapoor

Mr. Arjun Kapoor is currently practicing independently and has his chamber at Tis Hazari Court. He has vast experience dealing with cases related to the Rent Control Act. In one particular case, he renewed the case earlier disposed of by the High Court and got a tenant evicted for illegal possession. He has also handled testamentary suits related to Wills, Codicils, and Intestate Succession. Apart from that, he is currently handling cases related to Money Recovery, Negotiable Instruments Act, Execution Matrimonial, Bails etc.

Advocate Arjun has assisted many Senior Counsels in cross-examinations of witnesses and has drafted suits & cases for almost all civil cases including recovery of money, cheque bouncing (Sec. 138 of N.I. Act), rent-related, etc. He has browsed various judgments for supporting the case.

Advocate Arjun enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2013. He is a member of the Delhi Bar Association.
