Advocate Ajay Sondhi is a Partner at Sondhi Narula Dalal & Associates Law Offices. He is a dual qualified lawyer- an advocate registered with the bar council of Delhi and a New York bar qualified attorney.

He has gained a good work experience in India as well in New York. He was associated with Sabharwal & Finkel LLC, New York, as a foreign associate wherein he was a part of the litigation team. He was a foreign qualified associate at White & Case LLP, New York in the Project Finance Practice of the firm. He is familiar with the issues involved in both domestic and international financing and has worked as international counsel in US deals including investments into Indian entities by corporate groups based out of the US and other European jurisdictions.

He joined the Banking and Finance Group of Luthra & Luthra in November 2008 and has since worked on some of the leading financing deals. He is well versed with the issues arising in the financing of projects in sectors such as power, oil & gas, hospitals etc.

Since 2014, Ajay has been associated with Sondhi Narula Dalal & Associates Law Offices as a Partner who has been handling and heading Banking and Finance and Litigation (Property and Criminal) division of the Firm.
