Advocate Piyush Singh

Piyush is the founding Partner of Delhi based law firm named PSP LEGAL.

He started his law practice as a trainee with a London based law firm, Bowling & Co. Thereafter, he has worked with Clifford Chance LLP, a leading law firm of U.K.

He specializes in general corporate advisory, contract/agreement drafting and management, IPR and corporate debt recovery. He actively advices companies in sectors ranging from healthcare, medical devices, foodtech, fintech, e-commerce, delivery, mapping, renewable energy, aggregators, hospitality etc. He also advices venture funds, angel investors with due diligence and funding documentation and has worked with Fortune 500 across a range of corporate matters.

Few of his esteemed clients are:- India Angel Network, CB Richard Ellis, Max Healthcare, TiE – Global Entrepreneurship Organization, Reliance Nippon Insurance etc.

Piyush and his team is assisting over 50 start-ups with their legal and ancillary requirements. Piyush is also the Co-Founder of Start-Up-Setu, an organization for connecting selected Startups with traditional investors.

He also makes regular academic contributions through his lectures in law schools and publication of articles. He was awarded a complete scholarship by Hague Academy of International Law for the course on Private International Law in 2011 and by Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany in 2012.

Advocate Piyush enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2011.
