Advocate Shivendra provides services in various field of Arbitration & Conciliation, Consumer Protection, Trademark & Copyright, Criminal Defence, Divorce & Alimony and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents. He joined the Bar in 2014 but since 2009 till date, he has covered a variety of Legislations ranging from Constitution Of India, Contract Act, Code of Civil Procedure, Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Succession Act, Companies Act and Delhi Rent Control Act etc. He has also gained the experience of Arbitration during his tenure and took part in a number of Arbitration proceedings.
Apart from this, he is intrigued by developments in the law and the way that it adapts to an ever-changing society. He relishes the opportunity of lateral thinking and enjoys evaluating the microcosm of human relations.
