Advocate T L Garg

T.L. Garg is an advocate since 1970 and an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India since 1974. In the past, he had been the legal advisor and advocate for all litigation throughout India for M/s Greaves Cotton & Co. and its associated companies. He had been the legal advisor to the Delhi Judicial Service Association. He has also been a legal advisor and advocates for all litigation of M/s Nanak Singh and Co., dealers in milk and liquor.

Advocate Garg has been the legal advisor for liquor dealers association dealing with L1 license for IMFL supply in Delhi. He has handled food adulteration cases launched by the Food Department under the Ministry of Health. Advocate Garg recently appeared for ESM Companies of retired armed forces officers against Coal India. This case went up to the Supreme Court and was decided in favor of Advocate Garg.

As AOR, he has dealt with cases under Rent, Custody, Divorce, Drugs etc. Apart from his vast litigation experience, Advocate T.L. Garg has authored ‘Supreme Court on Words, Phrases and Legal Expressions (1950-2015)’ that has been published by Thompson Reuters and has gained compliments from 9 sitting Supreme Court Judges.
