Advocate Tabrez Malawat

Advocate Tabrez Malawat has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result-oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services. He has been involved in the drafting of the Memorandum of Understanding for the sale of share in a telecommunication company, worked on a Due-Diligence of a corporate desirous to raise capital from Korea Stock Exchange through the use of Korean Depository receipts and Researched on establishing a trust under Shriah Law.

He has also worked under Advocate Ram Jethmalani, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India where he attended Supreme Court proceedings, participated in the Client Conferences and conducted research on case laws and various legal propositions. Advocate Tabrez has prepared research documents concerning various aspects related to Supreme Court Judgments.

He provides services in the various field of Environment Law, Electricity Regulatory Law, Taxation, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Arbitration Law, Competition Law and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents.

Advocate Tabrez enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan in 2013. He is a member of the Rajasthan Bar Association.
