Shikha Sapra

A law graduate and a merit holder from University of Delhi, Advocate
Sapra is a second generation Advocate and has gained 13 years of
experience in practicing amongst others in the fields of civil,
criminal, service, matrimonial, customs, Foreign Exchange and Foreign
Trade. She has wide experience in handling cases before the Supreme
Court, various High Court, Tribunals and forums (CAT, CESTAT,PMLA,
NCDRC etc.) .

She has Undertaken drafting of Special Leave Petitions, Appeals, Writs,
Original Suits, Eviction Suits, Criminal Complaints, Motor Accidents
Claims Petitions and various kinds of deeds, agreements and contracts.
Handling consumer matters, land acquisition cases, service matters,
cheque bouncing cases, summary suits, property matters, constitutional,
educational matters, Writ Petitions, Special Leave Petitions, company
matters and other miscellaneous civil and criminal matters. She is on
the panel of CONCOR India, rendering legal opinions on several business
and commercial issues.
