Advocate Sriharsha Peechara  has extensive experience of civil and commercial litigation in Indian courts, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Green Tribunal, the National Consumer Commission, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, the Competition Appellate Tribunal and National Company Law Tribunal and also appeared for various clients in commercial arbitration.

Advocate Harsha graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru in 2004 and completed his LL.M. from the George Washington University School of Law, Washington D.C., USA.

Advocate Harsha has wide-ranging experience advising clients on commercial disputes, tender matters, employment disputes, disputes relating to the specific performance of contracts, commercial arbitration, and general corporate work such as the drafting of joint venture agreements, SHAs, Licensing Agreements, MSAs etc.
